Katey Molenaar
Director | Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Katey is a dedicated and compassionate women’s health and musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a strong commitment to improving the well-being of women at every stage of life. With a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and a Master of Physiotherapy, Katey combines her strong academic foundation with clinical expertise and real-life experience to deliver personalised care. During her years of practice, she has completed the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Level 1 and 2 Women’s Health Training, further enhancing her expertise in the specialised field.
Throughout her years of study and 4 years in professional practice, Katey has developed a strong passion for women’s health. Through personal experience and practice in the field, she has gained a unique and empathetic understanding of the physical and emotional challenges women face and has fuelled her dedication to supporting others facing similar issues.
Katey specialises in treating a wide range of women’s health conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse, bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, and prenatal and postnatal care. She also addresses all other musculoskeletal injuries and conditions with a holistic approach, helping women regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
Using a strong evidence-based approach, Katey empowers her patients to achieve optimal health and function, drawing on her own experiences to offer truly understanding and supportive care. She is dedicated to helping women restore their health and confidence, both physically and emotionally, as they navigate life’s triumphs and challenges.

ASHLEY KENNY
Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Ashley is a compassionate and experienced physiotherapist with a strong passion for supporting women through every stage of life. With over 10 years in clinical practice, including 6 years dedicated to pelvic health, she brings deep knowledge, warmth, and real-life understanding to her care. After graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2015.
Ashley worked across a variety of hospital wards before moving into musculoskeletal private practice in 2018, where she completed her women’s health training and discovered her commitment to pelvic health. She has since completed extensive postgraduate education, including advanced WHTA pelvic floor training and pessary and POP-Q skills, further refining her expertise in pelvic health conditions.
As a mum of two young children, Ashley offers an empathetic and genuine appreciation of the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy, birth, and recovery. These personal insights enrich her ability to support women with both understanding and practical, evidence-based care.
Ashley treats a wide range of women’s health concerns, including pelvic organ prolapse, bladder and bowel dysfunction, sexual pain, chronic pelvic pain, overactive bladder, and prenatal and postnatal conditions. She combines her musculoskeletal background with a holistic approach to help women restore strength, function, and confidence.
