Our People

Katey Molenaar

Katey is the founder and principal women's health physiotherapist of KM Women's Health and Her Movement Studio, based on the Central Coast. She specialises in pelvic floor physiotherapy and a wide range of women's health conditions. Holding a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and a Master of Physiotherapy, she combines strong academic training with 6 years of clinical experience and APA Level 1 and 2 Women's Health accreditation.

Katey treats pelvic organ prolapse, bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, and prenatal and postnatal care. With a deep passion for building pelvic health awareness and bridging the gap between clinical physiotherapy and everyday movement, she founded Her Movement Studio to make expert-led, pelvic floor-safe exercise accessible to women across the Central Coast. Driven by personal experience, she brings genuine empathy and an evidence-based approach to every consultation.

Ashley Kenny

Ashley is a highly experienced women's health and pelvic floor physiotherapist based on the Central Coast, with over 10 years in clinical practice and 6 years dedicated to pelvic health. Graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2015, she has built extensive expertise through hospital and musculoskeletal private practice, alongside advanced postgraduate training including WHTA pelvic floor certification and pessary and POP-Q skills.

Ashley treats a wide range of women's health conditions on the Central Coast, including pelvic organ prolapse, bladder and bowel dysfunction, sexual pain, chronic pelvic pain, overactive bladder, and prenatal and postnatal care. As a mum of two, she brings genuine, lived understanding of the physical and emotional journey through pregnancy, birth, and recovery, combining this with a holistic, evidence-based approach to help women restore strength, function, and confidence at every stage of life.
