Rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength safely after birth.
Postnatal Foundations is a 6-week small group exercise course designed specifically for women from 6 weeks postpartum. What's included:
Progressive strength program that builds week by week
Weekly small group classes in a supportive, welcoming environment
Pelvic floor physio-led classes
Educational content so you understand what your body is doing and why
Home exercises to support your progress between sessions
Babies are welcome!
Before you start: A postnatal pelvic floor assessment is recommended prior to commencing the course, and is required if you wish to claim the course through your private health fund.
Course Details:
Wednesday Group 10:00am | Friday Group 10:00am
Intakes every 6 weeks
Course investment: $390 | Eligible for private health rebates

POSTNATAL PROGRESSIONS |
POSTNATAL PROGRESSIONS |
The next chapter of your postpartum strength journey
Postnatal Progressions is designed for women who have completed Postnatal Foundations or are over 12 weeks postpartum with a solid base and are ready to push further. This class bridges the gap between early postnatal recovery and returning to the higher intensity movement and exercise you love, with your pelvic floor and core at the centre of everything.
ABOUT THE CLASS:
Progressive functional strength and conditioning program
Return to running and higher intensity exercise guidance
Ongoing pelvic floor and core integration throughout every session
Small group of 8 women for a connected, personalised experience
Baby friendly (pre-crawling babies welcome!)
How it works:
Classes are programmed in 6-week block cycles, applying evidence-based progressive overload principles so your training builds deliberately and safely over time. Jump in at any point throughout the cycle! No need to wait for a new block to start. If you're in your first year postpartum, we encourage you to stay on for the journey and let the programming do its work.
Book casually or commit to a pack or membership to keep the momentum going. Classes run weekly so you can show up consistently, progress at your own pace, and keep building on what you've already built.
Class Details:
Wednesday 11:30am | Friday 11:30am
Casual class: $35
6 class pack: $180
12 class pack: $320
Monthly membership: $99
It is recommended to complete Postnatal Foundations or have a Postnatal Pelvic Floor Assessment prior to commencing Postnatal Progressions.
HER RELEASE |
HER RELEASE |
Your body has been holding on. This is where you let go.
Her Release is a 50-minute candlelit class that creates space for women to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with their body, gently and without judgement. Through guided stretching, intentional breathwork, and pelvic floor connection practice, this class is designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of ease in the body.
This class is particularly supportive for women experiencing:
A tight or overactive pelvic floor
Pelvic pain
Pain with intercourse
Endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain
Stress, anxiety, or nervous system dysregulation
Tight hips and lower back tension
That constant feeling of being switched on and unable to unwind
What to expect
Dim lighting, flickering candlelight, and a warm, unhurried space just for you. Mats, yoga bolsters, and blocks are all provided, just bring yourself. Each class closes with a warm herbal tea, because the ritual of winding down matters too.
A note on pelvic floor health: Her Release is a wonderful complement to your pelvic health journey, but it is not a replacement for individualised clinical care. If you are experiencing pelvic pain, tight pelvic floor muscles, or symptoms related to endometriosis, we recommend an assessment with one of our women's health physiotherapists for personalised treatment and management alongside attending this class.

HER CORE |
HER CORE |
Where pilates meets pelvic floor physiotherapy.
Her Core is a 50-minute mat pilates-style class developed specifically for women who need safe, considered, and effective core and pelvic floor rehabilitation. This is not a generic pilates class, every movement is intentional, every cue is purposeful, and every woman in the room is seen and supported.
At the heart of Her Core is proper pelvic floor and core connection. You'll learn to truly understand how your body works, build strength progressively, and move with confidence, no matter where you're starting from.
This class is designed for:
Women during pregnancy looking to move safely and stay strong
Women in the postpartum period rebuilding core & pelvic floor strength
Women living with pelvic floor dysfunction including incontinence and prolapse
Women beginning exercise for the first time or returning after a break
What to expect
A small, supportive class environment where you're guided through progressive mat-based movements focused on deep core activation, pelvic floor connection, breathing, and functional strength. No experience necessary, just a willingness to show up for yourself.
A note on pelvic floor health: Her Core is designed to support your pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, but it is not a replacement for individualised clinical care. If you are experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse symptoms, leaking, or pelvic pain, we recommend an assessment with one of our women's health physiotherapists for personalised treatment and management alongside attending this class.
